Pine can read mailboxes in MH format; and that someone might in the
future develop a version of MH that can use IMAP.

Fixed [DBM_PAGFNO_NOT_AVAILABLE error] by getting the latest gdbm
- package, compiling and installing it and the dbm/ndbm compatability
