Renamed r1bindex() to mhbasename(), to make its function becomes clear.

Renamed r1bindex() to mhbasename(), to make its function becomes clear.
All calls to r1bindex() had '/' as second argument. For everything else
one can use strrchr(3) instead of r1bindex().
